My name is Robin Burks and I'm 27 years old. I live in Augusta, Georgia with fiance, Will, and two cats, Magick and Blizzard. I work for E-Business Solutions, an affiliate of The Augusta Chronicle as a Web Designer/Producer. By night, I'm an actor with The Augusta Professional Repertory Theatre Company. Within the past year, I've acted in a lot of great plays, including the American debut of "Cosi" by Louis Nowra, as Lady Anne in "Richard III," as Miss Erickson in Noel Coward's "Present Laughter" and as Olivia in "Twelfth Night." I just finished a show called "Inspecting Carol" and am now rehearsing for "Faith, Hope and Charity."

I've been volunteering at FortuneCity or little over a year and started out there as a Neighborhood Guide. With the new changes, I was promoted to Content Guide. I've met some wonderful people and I feel like I'm making a difference on the net. Although most of the community programs at FC are considered obsolete right now, I've continued to dedicate my time and energy to this community in honor of these people.

I love cartoons, especially anime, some of my favorites being Sailor Moon, Fushigi Yuugi, Lain, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Blue Seed.

I also enjoy role-playing online and am familiar with most White Wolf RPG systems. I frequent Big Bob'sWebchat, where I have a roleplay room called Hawthorne Manor.

In addition, I like to read, although I don't have as much time for it as I used to. My favorite authors are Anne Rice, Stephen King, Poppy Brite and Fred Saberhagen. I enjoy horror and fantasy, and even a little bit of science fiction.
